Hi Instagram fam! Today is World Bipolar Day, a very important day to me as you can imagine. It's particularly meaningful today because it marks exactly a year since I started my blog, The Worst of Me. I decided to celebrate by writing a post to my past self reflecting on what the last 12 months have been like and what they've meant to me. It's a light and optimistic post. I want to thank you all for being a part of this journey. It is through your support and more importantly engagement with my writing that I've been able to keep going on the TWOM journey.
